Job Description
The employer is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join their agricultural operations team in Osoyoos, British Columbia. The successful candidates will assist with supervising farm operations and ensuring quality crop production.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Perform general farm duties as required
Work Environment
- Fruit and vegetable combination farming

Crop Types
Candidates may work with the following crops:
- Cucumbers
- Grapes
- Greenhouse tomatoes
- Greenhouse vegetables
- Herbs
- Strawberries

Experience
Previous farming or agricultural experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Language
Basic to intermediate English communication skills required.
