Duties
- Conduct engaging product demos of dental services and oral health products to educate and excite potential patients
- Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and local venues to promote our dental care offerings
- Utilize bilingual skills to connect with diverse patient populations, ensuring clear communication and inclusive outreach
- Assist in developing marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns that highlight our services’ benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, guiding prospective patients through appointment scheduling, and addressing concerns with professionalism
- Deliver compelling public speaking presentations on oral health topics to groups of varying sizes to boost community awareness
- Support sales efforts by encouraging new patient sign-ups and fostering positive relationships with existing patients
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for marketing, public speaking, or community engagement with an energetic approach to outreach
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining complex information clearly and enthusiastically
- Bilingual proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong verbal communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements and one-on-one interactions
- Prior experience in sales or promotional activities is a plus; training will be provided for specific dental-related knowledge
