Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, appliance repair, welding, and construction. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols
- Perform routine inspections of heating and cooling equipment to identify issues before failure
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems
- Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems as needed
- Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications when required
- Service boilers, mechanical components, and other appliances associated with HVAC systems
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams
- Skilled in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair
- Experience working with construction projects and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Mechanic experience preferred for handling diverse equipment types
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments

Pay: $22.50-$53.18 per hour
