We are seeking a talented and personable Lash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through eyelash extensions and other cosmetic services. The Lash Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality eyelash extension applications while maintaining sanitation standards and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations.
- Educate clients on aftercare instructions and product usage to ensure optimal results.
- Conduct product demos and upsell retail items to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Deliver excellent guest services by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay current on beauty trends, techniques, and new products to provide innovative services.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients.
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience or interest in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to promote additional services or products.
- Familiarity with front desk operations including scheduling, guest services, and handling inquiries.
- Skills in various beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, body waxing, hair styling, or hospitality are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
