Starting rate - $22.95
Year 1 - $24.35
Year 2 - $25.76
Year 3 - $27.16
Year 4 - $28.66
+ $0.75 afternoon and night shift premium

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and machined to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools, as well as familiarity with warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and machine products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members, maintenance, engineers, and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not a requirement
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset
- Ability to read work instructions and safety procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required, including midnights, afternoons, and day shifts
- Ability to reliably commute to the facility is required.
