**About the Role**
This is not a retail or big-box chain position. Join a respected specialty pharmacy dedicated to patient-centered care, not dispensing targets. As our Pharmacy Manager, you will lead a well-supported team in a low-stress atmosphere.
**The Specifics:**
- System: Kroll
- Volume: Up to 200 Rx/day – manageable with a focus on quality.
- Support: Overlapping pharmacists plus full assistant support. You will never work alone.
- Shift Times: Weekdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Weekends 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (minimal weekends).
**Compensation & Benefits Package:**
- Salary: $156,000–$166,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Signing Bonus: Negotiable
- Relocation Expenses: Negotiable (we will assist your move from Toronto)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily pharmacy operations in a non-retail, specialty setting.
- Ensure compliance with all OCP regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule pharmacy staff.
- Oversee inventory and clinical programs using Kroll.
- Provide direct patient consultations (immunizations, medication reviews).
**What You Bring:**
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Experience with Kroll software is highly preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset, but high-performing staff pharmacists ready to advance are welcome to apply.
