RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES:
- Respond to Associate issues concerning safety, communication, quality, etc.
- Respond to and report safety incidents. Perform departmental safety audits
- Train associates on stations and change points to OMS, and provide feedback
- Actively participate in defect investigation
- Gather information on equipment, system operation and quality problems and prepares recommendations for countermeasures
- Verify completion of department 5S Expectations
- Complete rework and follow rework procedure
- Complete daily rotation board schedule
- Complete off line tasks and follow off line procedures
- Assist Team Leader by tracking data in a standardized format.
- Encourage and foster associate engagement through daily communication, coaching and by creating new engagement activities and opportunities
- Work on-line as needed to support absenteeism and associate relief
- Participate in DENSO Quality Circle program
- Learn, follow and coach DENSO policies and procedure
