Esthetician / Lash & Brow Specialist Duties
- Perform eyelash extension services using safe, sanitary, and professional techniques.
- Provide brow services including shaping, waxing, tinting, laminations, and hybrid brow treatments.
- Perform facial and body waxing services while following proper sanitation and infection prevention protocols.
- Perform lash lift and tint services according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- Perform Permanent Makeup (PMU) services (if certified), including thorough client consultations, treatment planning, and post-care education.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to determine desired results and recommend appropriate services.
- Assess the health and condition of the client's skin, brows, lashes, and treatment area prior to each service.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to maximize treatment results.
- Maintain accurate client records, consent forms, and treatment notes.
- Ensure all workstations, tools, and equipment are cleaned, disinfected, and prepared according to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies require replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with new products, techniques, and industry trends through continuing education.
- Promote retail products and additional services when appropriate to support client goals.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional spa environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification or formal training in eyelash extensions is required.
- Additional certifications in waxing, brow services, lash lifts & tints, or Permanent Makeup are considered strong assets.
- Knowledge of facial anatomy, sanitation practices, and contraindications for esthetic services.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing appointments efficiently.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care and maintaining high service standards.
- Willingness to continue learning and expanding service offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry is preferred.
- Experience with client retention, retail sales, and rebooking is considered an asset.
- PMU certification is an asset but not required.
