Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical receptionsit to join our healthcare team. The assistant will need to do data entry of relevent patient information onto the Oscar software. Training will be provided if necessary. The ideal candidate will also play a vital role in supporting medical staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment. Duties
- Data entry onto Oscar Software
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical charts with relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide information about their care and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the clinical setting.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oscar program (Training could be provided)
- Familiarity with medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Proven experience in providing compassionate patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records.
