We are currently hiring Early Childhood Educators (Level 1, 2, or 3) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging activities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for children
- Support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through play-based learning
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and needs
- Observe and document each child’s development, attendance, and behavior
- Collaborate with fellow educators to build a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Qualifications:
- Valid Childcare Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) – mandatory
- Previous experience working in early childhood education or daycare preferred
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with basic computer use for documentation and administrative tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
