Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Labourers and Gomaco Operators. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of various construction processes, and proficiency with time managment. This role involves supervising crews, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols to deliver successful project outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your expertise in Gomaco operation , and estimating to drive project efficiency and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
- Monitor progress against schedules, adjust workflows as necessary, and report on project status regularly.
- Proven experience in concrete or general construction projects.
- Experience in quality control procedures and maintaining safety standards on-site.
- Proven Gomaco operational skills and Knoledge of its Componants is a exceptional skill that is required.
- Ability to multitask is a requirement
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
