Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our Southfields Physiotherapy Centre team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, committed to delivering high-quality treatments, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Duties:
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments based on patients’ needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, self-care, and injury prevention.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment progress.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent assessment and therapeutic treatment abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a physiotherapy or multidisciplinary clinic is an asset but not required.
