Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Installer to join our team. This role involves the installation of interior home products, including doors, trim, and custom finishing elements. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install interior doors, trim, mouldings, and other finish carpentry products
- Read and interpret basic drawings and specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues on-site
Qualifications:
- Experience in finish carpentry or installation (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license (truck and tool provided by Kerr's)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
