Maintenance Worker
Dynasty Properties is a locally owned property management company specializing in residential leasing in Northern Alberta.
Currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Worker for the Lac La Biche & Athabasca area
Responsibilities
-Completing renovations in suites. (Paint, flooring, drywall & patch work)
-Troubleshooting minor plumbing, electrical and heating issues
-Outdoor maintenance of sidewalk in the winter and lawn care in the summer
-Janitorial work (garbage removal, minor cleaning, dump runs)
-Completing maintenance requests assign from property manager
-Valid Drivers license required and a reliable vehicle
-Some travel required to different communities to help at other sites
