We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care options
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols to ensure top-quality service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and acrylics
- Ability to perform body waxing with professionalism and attention to hygiene standards
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upselling skills to promote additional services and retail products effectively
- Good communication skills for understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products that complement nail services
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
