Role Summary

We're looking for a temporary Customer Operations Coordinator to support our growing tiffin subscription community. This is a 3-month contract role centered on member support and delivery coordination, helping ensure a smooth experience for both customers and kitchen partners.

Key Responsibilities

Member Support: Respond to customer questions about subscriptions and dietary preferences (spice levels, veg/non-veg, etc.).

Logistics Tracking: Monitor real-time delivery routing to ensure tiffins arrive on time across Toronto, Scarborough, and Mississauga.

Onboarding Support: Help new home cooks set up and manage their digital profiles on the Meal Maven platform.

Feedback & Reporting: Collect, organize, and summarize weekly meal feedback to share with kitchen partners to improve quality and consistency.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and customer care.

Comfortable using mobile apps and basic delivery tracking tools.

Familiarity with Indian cuisine and dietary preferences is an asset.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced startup environment.
