Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, forms)
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
- Assist with training coordination and employee development
- Support employee welfare and health & safety initiatives
- Assist with payroll documentation and HR reporting
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance of HR records
- Provide basic admin support (filing, scheduling, coordination)
Requirements:
- Secondary education or equivalent (business/HR)
- 1–2 years HR or admin experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
