Position Title: Line Cook
Location: The Links at Brunello Golf Course (Timberlea, NS)
Job type: Full-time, Part-time
Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 (depending on experience)

Job Description
The Links at Brunello is Looking for positive, fun, and energetic individuals to work in our kitchen under the advisory of our head chef. Our Ideal crew member will have some experience in a fast paced, cooking environment, a keen attention to detail and a passion for professional food service. The Links at Brunello’s Nineteen Restaurant offers and environment with motivated hospitality professionals that offer opportunities for career growth and development within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Prepare food items by various cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Have a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus
- Have a thorough knowledge specials or promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and food safety policies
- Responsible to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
About you
- 1+ years in the food and beverage industry an asset
- Must be punctual, reliable, have ability to work as a team and independently and have a strong work ethic
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
- Drivers license (preferred)

- Physical demands include standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.

- Must be authorized to legally work in Canada
