Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to perform a range of landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance, with opportunities for leadership and supervisory responsibilities as they gain experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and mulching
- Supervise and lead small teams on specific projects or daily tasks
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all landscaping activities
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Assist with site cleanup and debris removal to keep work areas tidy
Experience
- Prior experience in landscaping, operating lawn care equipment ie. zero turn mowers, blowers, etc required
- Prior experience driving truck and trailer required.
- Supervising or leadership experience is beneficial for those interested in advancing into team lead roles
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed
- Valid G Drivers License and Clean drivers abstract required
- References required

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
