Sales Professional – West Coast Preowned Centre
West Coast Preowned Centre, a brand new West Coast Auto Group location, is seeking energetic Sales Professionals to join our team.
We are a family-owned and operated dealership group with over 50 years serving the Lower Mainland. At West Coast Preowned Centre, we specialize in quality used vehicles and are committed to delivering a customer experience built on trust, transparency, and satisfaction.
We are currently hiring two or more Sales Professionals to sell used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Review customer needs and present suitable used vehicle options
- Conduct test drives
- Buy ins with Manager direction
- Review payment, lease, and finance options
- Sell vehicle accessories and aftermarket products
- Present extended warranty and protection options
- Assist with vehicle delivery and pickup
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
- Attend sales meetings and training
- Other duties as required
Ideal Candidate
- Customer-focused and personable
- Strong communication and listening skill
- Used car sales preferred but not mandatory
- Sales or customer service experience (automotive an asset)
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
Additional Requirements
- VSA License (can be obtained after hire)
- Proficient in English (bilingual an asset)
- Basic computer skills
