RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting residents and their guests, screening persons entering the building
- Answering the telephone
- Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages and taking rental payments
- Logging maintenance requests
- Recording incidents that occur & responding to requests
- Parking control
- Monitor security camera and surveillance
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Self-motivated
- Organized - ability to handle multiple tasks
- Experience with security cameras an asset
Availability
We currently hiring Residential Concierge for a variety of shift including:
- Day Shifts
- Evening and back Shifts
- Weekday shifts
- Weekend shifts
Suucessful candidates should indicate their availability when applying. Positions and schedules may vary based on operational needs.
