We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. Duties
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure vehicles are operating efficiently.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency in the shop.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or service center setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- stellanis Phase 3 training is preferred but not essential.
- Potential for Team Lead position if able to prove ability for this role.
