TrueLane Contracting is looking to hire a reliable Landscape Construction Labourer to join our growing team. We specialize in hardscaping, retaining walls, patios, walkways, planting, grading, river rock installations, drainage, and general landscape construction projects.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn. Experience is an asset, but the right attitude and work ethic are more important.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape construction projects
- Move, shovel, and grade soil, gravel, sand, and mulch
- Help install pavers, retaining walls, garden beds, plants, sod, drainage, and river rock
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic tools and compactors
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a small crew
- Perform physical labour in outdoor conditions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- Previous landscaping, construction, or labour experience is an asset
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting location
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
