Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and woodwork with precision and care. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and seamless integration into various environments. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinetry and wood components.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood materials using a variety of hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications.
- Install cabinets, countertops, shelving, and other custom woodwork securely and efficiently in different settings.
- Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry or wood structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Apply construction painting, caulking, and finishing techniques to achieve polished results.
- Collaborate with team members to estimate project timelines and materials needed for efficient workflow.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of fabrication and installation, including heavy lifting and rebar or rebar installation when applicable.
Experience
- Proven experience in cabinetry making, woodworking, or related construction fields with a strong focus on precision craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, CNC machinery operation, masonry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete forming is highly desirable.
- Knows edgebanding machine operation
- CNC MACHINE OPERATIONS
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, construction estimating software, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices across various trades such as rebar installation or restoration projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail and quality workmanship.
