Job Overview
I am seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our roofing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing shingles, siding, metal roofing and soffit fascia as well as flat roofs. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to install various different styles of roofs.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and finish quality.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot issues on-site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes throughout the installation process
Qualifications
- Working at heights (training available)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Prior experience with caulking or sealing is a plus
- Physical stamina to work in various environments and lift heavy materials as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are desirable but not mandatory depending on job site location
