We are looking for reliable people with strong work ethic, pride in workmanship, leadership potential, and the desire to grow into future roles such as Crew Lead, Foreman, Trainer, or Subcontractor Partner.
You do not need experience in both roofing and siding. If you have strong experience in either trade and want to grow within a professional company, we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for
This is not an entry-level position.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Minimum 2 years of roofing, siding, or exterior construction experience
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Productivity mindset and sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Leadership potential and willingness to grow
- Professional attitude and communication skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license strongly preferred
Applicants with little or no construction experience may not be considered.
