We are seeking a motivated individual with strong mechanical aptitude to join our team. While some training will be provided, the ideal candidate should be able to solder rads, quick to learn and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to - pulling apart rads, removing tubes, straightening tubes, installing tubes, bolting rads together, pushing grommets, testing rads.
- Operate various hand and power tools, as well as shop equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes (experience is an asset; training can be provided).
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Work well in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Able to silver and soft solder radiators (Required)
- Steel toe boots are required.
- Proficiency in English, spoken, written and understood.
- Ability to lift, carry, or pull up to 75 lbs and perform a mix of standing, walking, crouching, bending, and kneeling.
- Punctual with a strong work ethic, able to work safely in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

- Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour (negotiable given previous experience)
- Additional Pay: Overtime, annual discretionary bonus

- Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00am to 4:00pm, paid lunch (30 minutes) Potential for overtime working Saturdays.
