Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial spaces. It is a weekday position, 8:30 AM -5:30 PM is the times that this position operates within. This is a part time position, can be grown to a full time if you like but can remain part time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks in residential and commercial environments.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as needed for cleaning purposes.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks when required.
- Execute commercial cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address cleaning needs.
- Maintain custodial duties such as trash disposal and waste management.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as directed.
Experience:
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cleaning purposes is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and waste management practices.
- Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
