Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring a smooth flow of food service operations. Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary dishes and utensils are available for service
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards in the kitchen environment
- Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a hygienic workspace
- Assist with serving guests when required, providing excellent hospitality support
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support kitchen staff as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
- Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking, and hospitality operations is a plus
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as necessary
