Responsibilities
- Clean windows using hand tools and power tools to achieve streak-free results.
- Perform custodial duties as needed, including cleaning frames, sills, and screens.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on cleaning equipment and report any issues.
- Lift heavy equipment or materials as required for various cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience working at heights with ladders
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in window cleaning is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while working at heights.
