Job Description:
As an Exterior Maintenance & Softwashing Field Technician at Orange Lion Property Services, you will play a crucial role in preserving and enhancing the visual appeal of our clients' properties. Your primary responsibility is to conduct softwashing and various exterior maintenance tasks, utilizing industry-leading techniques and equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Softwashing Services: Execute softwashing procedures to remove dirt, mold, algae, and other contaminants from exterior surfaces such as siding, roofs, and decks.
- Pressure Washing: Utilize pressure washing equipment for surfaces that can withstand higher pressure, ensuring a thorough and effective cleaning process.
- Gutter Cleaning: Safely and efficiently clean gutters and downspouts, preventing water damage and maintaining the functionality of the drainage system.
- Window Maintenance: Perform window cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring clarity and enhancing natural light within the property.
- Surface Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of exterior surfaces to identify areas that require special attention or repairs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain softwashing and cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns, explaining services, and providing recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills (not required, but are a asset)
- Softwashing Expertise: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in softwashing techniques, including knowledge of appropriate detergents and equipment.
- Handyman Skills: Basic handyman skills for minor repairs and maintenance tasks related to exterior surfaces, such as patching small cracks, replacing damaged siding, or securing loose fixtures.
- Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to industry safety standards.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders, carrying equipment, and working in various weather conditions.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure a thorough and high-quality job, leaving no area untreated.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various job sites, tasks, and schedules to meet client needs.
Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in exterior maintenance, softwashing, or related field preferred.

After 3 months performance pay will be offered and your hourly pay could reach $45 a hour or more.
