Service Advisor

EMMO is looking for a Service Advisor to support our service department and provide an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess service needs
- Create and manage repair work orders
- Communicate repair status, timelines, and estimates to customers
- Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs
- Process completed repairs, invoicing, and customer pickup
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Assist with warranty claims and parts inquiries
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and service management systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Basic knowledge of bicycles, e-bikes, motorcycles, or automotive service is an asset
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
