We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate/Forklift (Counterbalance and OrderPicker) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Schedule: 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: $19 to $21 / hour
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Box, package, and display products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and on time.
- Load and organize merchandise in delivery trucks.
- Report inventory shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified).
- Perform cycle inventory counts as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience is considered an asset.
- Forklift operator certification is an asset. (Counterbalance and OrderPicker)
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
