We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Advisor to join our expanding Parts Department. If you’re a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a strong knowledge of automotive parts, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview
The Parts Advisor supports our retail, internal, wholesale, and body shop customers by accurately sourcing, ordering, and distributing automotive parts. This role is integral to daily dealership operations and requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily functions of the Parts Department, including ordering, backorders, receiving, and core returns
- Accurately receive, unpack, and record incoming stock orders and daily deliveries
- Source and supply parts for retail customers, technicians, service advisors, and wholesale accounts
- Review repair orders and body shop estimates for part accuracy, pricing, and availability
- Verify documentation such as packing slips, invoices, and shipping records
- Process credits, returns, and warranty parts according to GM policy
- Maintain inventory control, including binning, labeling, and cycle counts
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Stay current on GM bulletins, catalogue updates, and parts information
- Assist with stockroom organization and cleanliness
- Perform other duties as required to support department operations
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and mechanical components
- Proficiency with computer-based parts catalogues and dealership software
- GM OEM, and Microsoft experience preferred
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
