Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will engage with customers, showcase products, and provide exceptional service to help them achieve their home improvement goals. Your enthusiasm and technical knowledge will drive sales and create positive shopping experiences for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits and technical specifications
- Upsell additional items or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring displays are organized, attractive, and stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions clearly, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and organization
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or related products, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Excellent organizational skills with effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with active listening skills and phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts
