Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and is committed to supporting the health and well-being of others.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces.
- Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Respond effectively to changing priorities and requests.
- Work collaboratively with residents, management, and support staff.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety guidelines, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience in a senior care or healthcare environment is considered a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing work environment.
