Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in delivering top-tier service to our clients, facilitating currency exchanges, and supporting our mission of fast, reliable, and friendly customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with currency exchange transactions.
- Manage cash handling and cash management processes accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare transaction reports.
- Support team members in daily operational tasks.
- Stay informed about current forex and cryptocurrency market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or teller roles within financial services.
- Must be fully bilingual and speak fluently in English and in French.
- Strong math, technical, and computer skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of forex markets and/or cryptocurrencies is a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
