What You'll Do: Coach and mentor a team of high-ticket sales reps to achieve their sales goals and exceed performance expectations. Conduct 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions to improve sales techniques, overcome objections, and close high-ticket deals. Develop personalized sales strategies for team members, helping them build confidence and mastery in high-ticket sales.

eview and analyze sales calls to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and key opportunities for success. Collaborate with founders and key stakeholders to align coaching strategies with company objectives and client needs. Stay ahead of sales trends and innovations, providing insight and training on advanced sales methodologies.
Who You Are: Proven experience as a Sales Coach, preferably in the high-ticket sales space. Strong understanding of sales processes for high-ticket products/services ($10K+ offers).Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge sales teams to perform at their best. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience analyzing sales performance metrics and tailoring coaching strategies accordingly. Passionate about personal development and continuous learning.
