We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join Bryan College. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent client service, and supporting administrative functions within a busy college environment. Responsibilities
- Greet students and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment
- Manage incoming calls including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
- Assist with welcoming visiting clients, collecting payments and directing enquiries efficiently
- Maintain organized student files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate appointment scheduling
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Collaborate with staff and students to facilitate smooth office operations
- Handle general office duties including ordering office supplies and managing front desk logistics
Skills
- At least 3 years office experience with administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, and file management
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Business Administration or related Diploma
- Previous experience in an education setting considered an asset
Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
