Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality food service during evening hours. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout the shift
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients at all times
- Follow sanitation procedures and adhere to health regulations
- Serve food efficiently to ensure timely delivery to guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Restock supplies as needed and assist in cleaning kitchen equipment
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
