Front Desk Check-In Representative

Splash N Go Adventure Parks is looking for friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Check-In Representatives to join our Sudbury team for the summer season.
This position is the first point of contact for guests arriving at the waterpark. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, comfortable using a computer or tablet, able to stay calm during busy periods, and committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and fun experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Check customers in for their scheduled waterpark session.
- Confirm bookings, waivers, wristbands, and session times.
- Ensure all guests have completed the required waiver before entering the waterpark.
- Answer customer questions about pricing, sessions, park rules, safety requirements, and general information.
- Communicate important safety rules clearly to guests, including lifejacket requirements and prohibited items.
- Assist with selling or processing walk-in bookings when available.
- Handle payments, refunds, or booking adjustments when authorized by management.
- Keep the front desk/check-in area clean, organized, and professional.
- Communicate with lifeguards, supervisors, and management as needed.
- Help manage guest flow during busy check-in times.
- Report customer concerns, incidents, or safety issues to the supervisor or manager immediately.
- Follow all Splash N Go policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, booking systems, and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and summer peak periods.
- Previous customer service, cashier, front desk, or recreation experience is an asset but not required.

Work Environment
This is a seasonal outdoor position located at Splash N Go Sudbury. Team members should be prepared to work in summer weather conditions, including heat, sun, wind, and rain. The front desk team works closely with lifeguards, supervisors, and park management to ensure guests are checked in safely and efficiently.
