Role Overview
As an HR Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of the Human Resources function and play a key role in employee experience, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to grow in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment support - Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Onboarding coordination - Prepare onboarding packages, distribute policies, and support Controlled Goods security documentation.
Employee support - Assist with general employee inquiries, vacation requests, and policy questions.
HR administration - Maintain employee records, track attendance, and support HR reporting (turnover, absenteeism, vacancies).
EngagementDEI support - Assist with parentcompany surveys, DEI initiatives, and related reporting.
Student program coordination - Help manage student hiring, liaise with colleges, and coordinate interviews and offers.
