Could you be the full-time Logistic Support Analyst (LSA) in Saint-Bruno we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistic support analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of maintenance strategies for rolling stock equipment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (In-Service Readiness, Engineering, and Operations teams), collaborate with internal and external partners to address maintenance and operational challenges, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing and optimizing maintenance plans, but also developing strategies to reduce maintenance costs and improve service efficiency.
We’ll look to you for:
Collaborating with customers to address maintenance or operational issues and identifying optimization opportunities
Creating, analyzing, and optimizing maintenance plans
Developing strategies to reduce maintenance costs
Using operational feedback to improve service strategies
Performing risk analysis on maintenance tasks
Reviewing technical documentation to extract relevant technical data
Preparing technical reports and recommendations
Ensuring compliance with transportation authority regulations and applicable laws
Conducting financial analysis and workload calculations to support decision-making and resource planning
Evaluating the maintenance cost of the systems over their service life (LCC - Life Cycle Cost)

Engineering degree or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a Service Engineering environment
Good communication skills in English and French
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Ishikawa)
Understanding of rolling stock products and solutions
Familiarity with engineering product structures
Proficiency in applications such as SAP, MS Office suite, and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Action-oriented and results-driven mindset
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
