This opportunity offers a unique blend of telehealth and in-office clinical care as a well established migraine and headache clinic. Physicians can enjoy the flexibility of virtual consultation days alongside dedicated procedural clinic days, creating a varied and rewarding practice model.
The practice is focused exclusively on the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients living with migraine and headache disorders. Telehealth appointments are used for consultations, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up care, while in-office procedural days provide hands-on treatment options for patients requiring interventional care.
Procedural clinics include treatments such as trigger point injections, peripheral nerve blocks, perineural injection therapy, and botulinum toxin (Botox) injections for migraine management. Prior experience performing these procedures is not required. Comprehensive mentorship, training, and ongoing guidance are provided by our current family physician, whose practice is dedicated to migraine and headache medicine. ( additional Botox training will be required as per regulations)
This role is ideal for a physician seeking to move to a focused area of practice with strong patient demand, predictable clinical scope, and the opportunity to develop procedural skills within a supportive and collaborative environment with mentorship from our current family physician. Established referral pathways, administrative support, and an existing patient base allow physicians to have fulfilling practice while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients.
The Health League provides a modern clinical setting, experienced support staff, and a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering evidence-based care. This is a rare opportunity to join an established migraine and headache program while receiving mentorship in a growing and highly needed area of medicine.
