Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Interior and exterior painting (residential & commercial)
- Proper surface preparation (sanding, patching, caulking, priming)
- Brush, roll, and spray application
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Following safety procedures and company standards
- Working efficiently as part of a team and independently when required
- Communicating professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
Qualification
- 2+ years of professional painting experience
- Solid knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work on your feet
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
Special Knowledge and Required Skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Spray experience
- Commercial painting experience
