We are a clean non-toxic salon seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail, body and skincare treatments and services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in esthetics will help clients achieve their beauty goals, while your strong customer service skills will enhance their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as esthetician services including facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures with perfect shellac gel application, lash lifts & tints, brow shaping, henna brows (is an asset), threading (is an asset).
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their results
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Engage in retail sales through upselling products and services to meet client needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment areas and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client concerns, answering questions, and creating a relaxing environment
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
Experience & Requirements
- Prior experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of current skincare trends, products, and industry best practices is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
