Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles both inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damages or issues
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all customer vehicles are returned in pristine condition and on time
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and courteously
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and automotive care preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to handle physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting light to moderate loads
