We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys problem‑solving, process improvement, and working closely with production teams.

Assess manufacturability of new products in collaboration with Design Engineering and Customers

Identify efficient production methods and provide accurate product costing

Design and procure tooling, fixtures, and production aids using 3D CAD software (Solid Edge, SolidWorks)

Provide technical support to Production related to quality, process, and tooling issues

Lead product prototyping, design changes, and testing activities

Develop production standards, workflows, and conduct time studies

Optimize manufacturing systems, equipment utilization, and automation

Collaborate with production leaders and support teams to improve fabrication, assembly, and supply chain processes

Plan facility layouts to improve workflow and setup efficiency

Drive continuous improvement and waste‑reduction initiatives

Research, program, test, and operate advanced manufacturing equipment (CNC machines, robots/cobots, software)

Promote and maintain a safe work environment

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related field)
-
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Experience with ERP and/or MRP systems
-
Knowledge of DFM, PFMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma principles is an asset

Experience with 2D drafting and 3D solid modelling (SolidWorks or similar)

Understanding of BOMs, capacity planning, and manufacturing management processes

Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10%)
