Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing durable epoxy flooring in commercial and residential spaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results. Candidates with experience in flooring installation, tile laying, carpentry, or handyman work are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and leveling floors to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Mix and apply epoxy resins accurately according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines
- Use hand tools such as trowels, rollers, brushes, and grinders to facilitate installation processes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise flooring layouts
- Install flooring materials including tiles or other surface coverings as needed for project completion
- Perform surface repairs, caulking, and sealing to ensure a smooth, professional finish
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience with flooring installation, epoxy coating application, or related construction work
- Familiarity with hand tools, tile laying, carpentry, caulking, and blueprint reading
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and ability to work in various environments
- Handyman experience or background in general construction is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during work shifts
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
