We are looking for a passionate Electrical Engineer to actively contribute to the design and execution of a variety of electrical projects. You will play a key role in both technical design and project support and coordination.
Your Responsibilities
Technical Design and Expertise
- Design electrical systems (building, industrial, lighting, telecommunications, etc.)
- Perform technical calculations (distribution, short-circuit, lighting, etc.)
- Participate in the preparation of drawings and specifications
- Provide technical solutions tailored to project needs
Technical Management and Coordination
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (civil, mechanical, structural, Water/Wastewater treatment and mechanical process, etc.)
- Participate in the technical follow-up of projects
- Provide technical support to internal teams
- Conduct site supervision when required
Development and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development of the electrical department
- Participate in the preparation of service proposals
- Improve technical solutions and internal practices
- Contribute to innovation and project optimization
You are the right person for this position if:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- You are a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (consulting engineering is an asset)
- You are proficient with tools such as AutoCAD, AGI32, and Revit (an asset)
- You hold an ASP Construction card
- You have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- You are recognized for your collaboration, communication, and autonomy
